We are writing this testimonial sitting in our recently bought Finca, enjoying the heat from our fireplace.... and I don't believe it would have been possible without the help of Glyn and Catherine from Andaluzhomes. Easy to view and some great homes

Glyn and Thorsten recently sold our house. It did take some time but they never stopped trying and looking at different angles to market the property. They both provided a very friendly and professional service and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had heard about Glyn and his Company as he was operating in the Chiclana area and friends had used him - so he came on recommendation to me. Always wary when it comes to buying and selling houses esp. abroad as its easy to make mistakes not knowing the country procedures. That is where Glyn came in so well. He is a true professional who is well antiquated with the whats and wherefores of selling houses in Andalucia. He explained everything up front, kept in good contact in the run up to the sale and on the day of completion it went perfectly to plan - even paying in the sale proceeds and closure of my local Bank account in Spain when he was again present.
