The agency fee for a sale is 3% + VAT, the rental fee is the first month’s rent + VAT. In the event of a sale, the energy certificate and the electrical inspection are offered to the customer free of charge.

After more than 8 years of experience, Soraya Soels, real estate agent, founded So Estates in 2020. Passionate about architecture and human relations, she accompanies her clients with real expertise and advice. Vandaag tekenden we de finale akte en kregen we de sleutels van onze nieuwe woning. Mee dankzij jullie? We wilden jullie medewerker uitdrukkelijk bedanken voor haar goede zorgen. Ze was een vlotte communicator, perfect Nederlandstalig, stipt, vriendelijk, uitnodigend en altijd vlot bereikbaar om vragen te beantwoorden. Bij ieder bezoek kende ze het appartement tot in de puntjes, zonder te moeten spieken in haar documenten. We hebben de markt iets meer dan een jaar mogen verkennen, en we vonden haar begeleiding bijzonder aangenaam. We wensen haar daarom hiervoor uitdrukkelijk te bedanken.
