Our REVEL Style Magazine epitomizes the efforts of our marketing team as it represents and promotes REVEL culture through a full-length lifestyle magazine. REVEL Style Magazine has established an impressive reputation as a marketing tool that is emblematic of our positive REVEL culture. Our magazine has a wide reach across Ontario, as it is distributed both digitally and in full colour print. It celebrates real estate on another level of appreciation, while promoting the communities and businesses serving those communities with the same passion and energy.

Organizing vendors associated with our real estate business is the goal of Listings, or appointments, often arrive with short notice, which is why REVEL has implemented to streamline the listing preparation process. Whether it be scheduling a photo session for an up- coming listing, or acquiring marketing collateral from our marketing division, is an easy to use portal designed to organize a REALTORS® most pertinent duties.

Our REVEL ED Program is led by top selling and award winning agents/ mentors in a collaborative and cooperative environment. Our mission statement of teamwork, customized service, and ethical integrity is the impetus that drives this program forward.

As a REALTOR®, you will have access to our REVEL ED program. We will provide mentors to help you train and supplement your career path with ongoing experiences. Our program offers “live” and “online” courses, videos, and direction through the leadership of our Director of Real Estate Growth and Development, who is responsible for organizing class schedules, benchmarks and graduation achievements.

Our REVEL ED program evolves with the times. We host over 30 courses and offer the delivery and instruction of such courses online. Courses are consistently updated, tweaked, improved upon and restructured to achieve efficient results.

Led by consistent top selling agents who have established notable and award winning reputations in the business, REVEL’s Mentorship Program is a one phone call away system designed to offer our inexperienced REALTORS® around the clock support as they navigate through a challenging first year in real estate.

Established from the onset through our onboarding procedures, a new REALTOR®, or relatively new transfer, is assigned a prominent member from the REVEL family, who generously assumes the responsibility of guiding and mentoring the REALTOR® for one year. In this capacity, the mentor is made available for questions, issues, paperwork expertise, and general counsel when needed, in support of any indecisions or doubts that may arise in the course of a transaction. 

Our goal is to raise the standard of previous charitable efforts by issuing a 2020 challenge to ourselves, driving us to “do more” in the upcoming decade. Throughout the year, REVEL participates and leads various charitable events, but this time around we are motivated by the prospect of eventually beginning our own foundation that consistently contributes to helping those who are marginalized by socio-economic issues in our region.

Our inclusive, collaborative, social, and fun loving work culture is galvanized by magazine launch parties, participation in community events and the party of the year – our own REVEL Charity Ball.

By giving back to our community, REVEL REALTORS® receive the intangible benefits secured by appreciation, gratitude, and the belief in doing good. Expérience fantastique: Ashlee Juneau is an amazing person and a fantastic agent. She helped me all the way through the process of buying a house. She is so fast at answering any questions you may have, and was always willing to take me to any property I requested. She really does work for her customer. She is easy to talk to, and so professional. And the service does not stop when you sign that final agreement. She continued to answer my questions and send me helpful information specific to my personal situation. I know that Ashlee has a beautiful family at home and must have many clients on the go, but she really did make me feel like I was a huge priority for her. Expérience fantastique: Dave McKinnon is a fabulous agent for both buying and selling your home. We have worked with him for several needs. He is very responsive and available to view houses, which is important when there is competition out there. He is both professional and personable making him easy to work with. He understands exactly what you need and fights to get you that. He ensures the house you buy checks off all the boxes. He excels at negotiating! We sold our last house for more than expected and bought our new house for less than expected! Highly recommended!
